Requirements for Singapore Work Visa

Foreign workers who work in Singapore need to fulfil the requirements mentioned below:
  • The candidate must possess a current passport.
  • The candidate needs to be at least 18 years old.
  • The applicant is only permitted to work within the parameters of the jobs listed on the government-issued work permits.

In addition to the above-mentioned requirements, international employees in Singapore must also:

  • Don’t participate in any other businesses or start their own.

Singapore Work Visa Fees

Currently, 60 US dollars are required to obtain a Singapore Work Visa or Work Pass. While 30 US dollars must be paid while filing the application, the remaining 30 US dollars must be paid when the authorities grant the applicant a work pass or permit.
