Canada is one of the most favored places for people looking to settle in abroad. Though, if you want to immigrate to Canada you need to set your priorities straight. Here are a few available options you can opt for:
Express Entry
This is the quickest way for people who are skilled in certain subjects. This includes a PhD or a work experience. You can check your eligibility under either of the three immigration programs- Federal skilled worker programs, Federal skilled trades program and Canadian experience class.
LMIA Work Permit
This is a work visa you can apply for if you have already got a job offer from a Canadian company. In this case, the company itself would get you the LMIA so you can apply for a work permit and immigrate.
Business Immigration
If you have business overseas or have enough capital to start your own business in the country you can apply for an investor’s visa and immigrate to Canada easily. Most provinces in Canada provide a start up immigration option for those ready to invest money into their economy.
Spouse or Family sponsorship
This is probably the easiest way to immigrate to Canada. If you have a spouse living there or a family member you can claim your Visa and move. You can also go as a caretaker for older people, though this program is not always open for new applicants. So check on this one before you think of opting for it.
Study permit
Getting admission in a full time program can be a good option for student to study in Canada if you can afford the fee-structure. Though if you get in, make sure to get a good score and be a decent student so you can make a career. You can also apply for part time jobs that are associated with your career option to improve your resume and get a well paying job once you complete your studies.
Travel or Vacation Visa
This would probably come in handy if you don’t find other options helpful. No we aren’t talking about fraud, rather a real vacation to Canada. But while you are there you can talk to possible employers and later on, when you come back to the country, apply for a work permit. You can’t really go for interviews while on work visa that would essentially be fraud which might end you up with legal charges, instead go the legal way.
